Hey! Please excuse my recent hiatus of about 4-5 weeks! I’ve been doing the mostest, and on Fridays I literally come home from work and pass out! SO let’s start this very long chat for every thing I have to catch you up on.
COURT DATE - So I attended my court date for the accdient I discussed in the last FNR, and it didn’t go as bad as I expected. I did get my license taken, but only until my birthday (April 4th). I am so happy. I thought it would be until I am 18, because this isn’t my first offense, but the lady was generous due to my Auntie working at the Juvienille Detention Center. I got a new car, and I’ll be on the road again very soon. WATCH OUT ;-) (no, but seriously).
Christmas - Christmas went fabulous! Actually, I had a really fun break. I spent time with my father’s side of the family, and caught up with some friends that came home from college.
*side note* My school year social life has really declined since Freshman year. I had SO much fun, and now I just chill.
Blogging - As you all know, I have another fashion/music/lifestyle blog called Vintage Cardigans. I haven’t blogged since GOD KNOWS WHEN, and my New Year Resolution is to pick back up on that. I am the Style File editor at Society Sweetie; however, I need to return to my fashion outlet, where I can share a bunch of cool things with you guys I find in the fashion world. Tumblr is just for my personal rants.
SPEAKING of New Years. So I started the Lemonade (Beyonce) diet this week. Yeah. That lasted for about two days! I don’t think I am cut out for those kind of things. I had to cut off food ALL day, and make so many bowel movements! It just wasn’t going to work due to my schedule! I did just start my gym membership (cliche, I know), and I am about to really get into this workout. I need to shave off this last thirty pounds and then I’ll be fine. I am so excited I even started my workout shopping!
School - As of today I am officially a second semester JUNIOR! yay. See my excitement. Ha! No on a serious note, I am one more step closer to my dreams. ONE more step. Let’s DO work and knock these last three terms out! That’s my motto, because once I leave, I won’t really miss anyone. I had about three friends at St. Ignatius, and it’s a very good school, but I really didn’t have anything in common with the guys there. My social life existed out of school.
Love Life - OR LACK THEREOF! HAHA. No, but I have a couple of crushes, nothing too serious. You know when you ain’t really looking, but you are? That’s the state I’m in. I am finally getting over “x,” ya’ll. I am serious this time.
